EssentiaBar™ is a delicious nutrition bar designed to provide a healthy snack food for optimizing the intake of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, and micronutrients. This double dark chocolate flavored bar has a protein base of whey/rice protein concentrate and features omega-3 fish oils. EssentiaBar™ also contains prebiotic fiber and additional healthy fats from almond butter and coconut oil. It contains no artificial sweeteners, and is sweetened with the natural herb stevia, along with the polyols erythritol and xylitol. EssentiaBar™ is Kosher certified and free of gluten, fructose, sucrose, soy protein, and hydrogenated oils.

EssentiaBar™ Double Dark Chocolate Coated • Whey/rice protein bar featuring isomalto oligosaccharides (prebiotic fiber) • Erythritol sweetened coating, resulting in a bar with less of a chance for the laxation effect sometimes associated with polyol sweetened products • Contains omega fats, coconut oil, and almond butter, all excellent sources of beneficial fats INGREDIENTS: Protein blend (whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, whey crisps [whey protein concentrate, rice flour], rice protein concentrate), unsweetened chocolate, maltitol syrup, glycerine, almond butter, inulin, cocoa butter, erythritol, soluble fiber (from tapioca starch), digestion resistant fiber, omega 3 powder (refined fish oil [anchovy, sardine], fish gelatin [tilapia]), xylitol, natural flavor, natural cocoa powder, stevia extract, sea salt, natural vanilla extract, coconut oil. Conversion of maltitol syrup, xylitol, erythritol and glycerine requires little or no insulin and does not cause a significant increase in serum glucose levels.
